— About The Artist
...For me, colors are my world: a soft whisper with a Moroccan-Andalusian soul. They capture the essence of the moment --- not with heavy details, but with a poignant and complete brevity. It is the art of profound simplicity; mastering the ability to say every- thing through a few well-chosen hints
-Randa Alami-
— A symphony of ornement and nature:
Inspired by authentic Moroccan art.
The splendor of traditional Moroccan arts is manifested in my paintings through a creative dialogue between the authenticity of ornamentation and the spirit of nature. This rich heritage has inspired me to weave my visual world. The intricate geometric patterns and earthy colors, inspired by the desert sands and Moroccan skies, do not merely adorn the surface; they weave a tale of timeless harmony. Here, leaves transform into embroidered botanical motifs, streams flow like deli- cate golden filigree, and interlacing arches and geometric shapes canopy the scene as a frame that enhances its elegance and distinction. This fusion is not merely a visual blend but an intimate rendezvous between the ancient legacy of Moroccan Islamic culture and the breaths of enchanting nature, narrating in a visual language a symphony of imperishable beauty.
